SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FIDE ET AMOR. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders:
- Standard Shipping: 7–17 business days (Free on all orders)

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or carrier customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FIDE ET AMOR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Missing Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at fideetamorr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to find a swift resolution.
